A
transaction that is successful on the (website name)
platform will be updated to the respective merchant
department (end-user department consuming services
on (website name). Refunds will be decided solely by
the respective merchant department.
You won't
get your money back if your transaction is
successful or you make a successful bill payment.

depending on the department.
Taking any
refund, if necessary, requires connecting with the
appropriate merchant department.
The
merchant department's refund policy applies to any
successful transaction the user makes.
The
merchant department will credit the refund using the
same method of payment that was used for the
donation—for example, if a donation was made by
credit card, the refund will be credited back to the
same credit card. This applies to all payment
methods used by the customer.
We cannot
initiate refunds on our own. Based on the merchant's
refund policy, if the user needs a refund, the
merchant will start the process.
Convenience
fees paid by the consumer on the payment gateway can
be refunded back to the consumer at the sole
discretion of the concerned payment gateway.
(Website name) or all departments using (Website

The
government and banks/payment gateways shall not be
liable for any loss on this account.
The service
fee charged to the government will be in addition to
the bank/payment gateway transaction fees. The
separate payment gateway will automatically refund
transactions that fail.
